This permanent position is offered on a full time, hybrid basis, allowing work from our modern offices in Theale, Reading (near M4 Junction 12), which feature ample parking and are conveniently located near Theale Train Station. The Partner Engagement Manager will play a key role in developing and growing Westcoast Cloud's reseller partner base across the UK and Ireland. Acting as a trusted advisor and primary point of contact, you will identify, qualify and develop partner growth opportunities across Microsoft Cloud, Security, AI and Modern Workplace solutions. You'll support partners throughout their journey, from onboarding and enablement through to business planning, adoption and ongoing growth. Through a combination of customer meetings, presentations, training sessions, partner events and regular engagement, you'll help partners maximise the value of their relationship with Westcoast Cloud while contributing to the continued growth of the business. This is an external, relationship-focused role involving regular travel throughout the UK and Ireland.
Your Day-to-Day Responsibilities Will Include:
- Identify, qualify and develop partner growth opportunities across Cloud, Security, AI and Modern Workplace solutions.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with reseller partners across the UK and Ireland.
- Act as the primary point of contact for partner engagement, queries and issue resolution.
- Support partners with onboarding, enablement, business planning and adoption of Westcoast Cloud programmes and services.
- Coordinate activity across sales, technical, marketing and partner success teams to deliver a seamless partner experience.
- Take ownership of partner challenges and proactively drive successful outcomes.
- Deliver customer meetings, presentations, training sessions, lunch and learns, and partner events to promote Westcoast Cloud's solutions and services.
- Monitor progress against agreed service levels and maintain a consistently high standard of customer service.
- Record partner engagement and sales activity accurately within CRM systems.
- Maintain and develop relevant technical knowledge, industry awareness and professional certifications.
