Over the past decade, Westcoast Cloud has experienced substantial growth. The team now comprises over 70 members, and the company is recognised as a leading Cloud Solution Provider. This position is offered on a hybrid basis, allowing work from our modern offices in Theale, Reading (near M4 Junction 12), which feature ample parking and are conveniently located near Theale Train Station.
The Job Role
This is a 1-year fixed term contract to cover maternity leave. We are looking for a manager to own the end-to-end marketing function across Microsoft and ISV vendors, driving strategy, planning, execution, and performance aligned to business objectives. This role is responsible for leading and developing the marketing team, managing budgets and compliance, supporting the delivery of impactful campaigns, and working closely with sales, product teams, and vendor partners to drive pipeline, growth, and measurable ROI.
Your Day-to-Day Responsibilities Will Include:
- Lead the end-to-end marketing function, including planning, execution, and performance across Microsoft and ISV vendors
- Manage, mentor, and develop the marketing team, setting clear objectives, supporting career growth, and driving high performance
- Provide day-to-day management, ensuring effective workload management, prioritisation, and delivery across the team
- Oversee planning, budgeting, and optimisation of Microsoft Co-op and ISV-funded programs
- Ensure all marketing activity is delivered, compliant, and claimed within deadlines
- Manage marketing partnerships with Microsoft and ISV vendors
- Lead campaign development, agency briefing, and performance reporting
- Work closely with sales and product teams to align marketing with commercial goals and insights
- Responsible for Stakeholder updates and reporting
- Oversee the claiming of campaigns, ensuring clear reporting on impact and ROI
- Researching industry events & awards
