This position is offered on a hybrid basis, allowing work from our modern offices in Theale, Reading (near M4 Junction 12), which feature ample parking and are conveniently located near Theale Train Station.
With further growth within the business, we have the opportunity for a Marketing Campaign Manager to join the team. We are looking for a proactive Campaign Manager who will be responsible for developing, delivery and optimisation of marketing campaigns aligning to corporate objectives and strategies. These include efforts to drive new business and customer growth (upsell and cross-sell) pipeline. You will be given the freedom to be creative in the way you handle campaigns within deadline and budget, whilst being part of a supportive, welcoming and collaborative team.
Your Day-to-Day Responsibilities Will Include:
- Management, development, optimisation, and reporting of marketing campaigns
- Campaign briefing to marketing agencies
- Working with the sales and product management team, supporting plans, gaining insights and feedback
- Responsible for Stakeholder updates and reporting
- Responsible for support in claiming of campaigns, showing impact and ROI
- Researching industry events & awards
- Managing relationships with our vendors

- Exceptional project management and time management skills, adept at working to deadlines

- You’re naturally inquisitive and want to understand not only how things work, but how you can make them better
- Competent using Microsoft Office Suite
