This is a full-time role based in our main office on Arrowhead Road, Theale, which is walking distance from Theale train station and has good transport links by bus and road. Your role will give you the opportunity to complete a Multi Level Marketer Apprenticeship qualification (Level 3).

As a marketing apprentice you will work alongside a marketing account manager supporting campaign execution for several of our biggest brands. This will involve liaising with internal and external stakeholders to plan, pitch, execute and report back on a full range of marketing campaigns. You will be part of a team of 14 individuals delivering marketing campaigns that meet business objectives, engage customers and drive sales.

Your Day-to-Day Responsibilities Will Include:

  • Marketing budgets are released on a quarterly basis.
  • Using information gathered from market analysis, customer insights and sales trends, you will be part of a small team who will devise creative, innovative and impacting marketing plans that meet stakeholder objectives.
  • Once plans are approved, you will carry them out with support from external agencies.
  • At the end of the quarter, you will collate campaign results and Return On Investment, ready to be presented to stakeholders at quarterly business reviews.
