The Job Role
Westcoast is seeking a driven and commercially focused Dell CSG Business Development Manager to accelerate growth across Dell’s Client Solutions Group portfolio. You will be responsible for achieving Dell-defined KPIs, building and executing joint business plans, and driving revenue growth through a defined partner base. The role requires strong collaboration across multiple internal Westcoast teams as well as close alignment with Dell field and channel teams. This is a high-impact role within a fast-paced distribution environment, suited to someone who thrives on ownership, accountability, and relationship-led growth.
Your Day-to-Day Responsibilities Will Include:
- Vendor & Revenue Growth
- Own and deliver against Dell CSG KPIs, including revenue, growth targets, attach, campaign execution, and strategic initiatives.
- Drive incremental growth across Dell Client Solutions (desktops, notebooks, workstations, peripherals, and associated services).
- Develop and execute Joint Business Plans (JBPs) with Dell and aligned partners.
- Expand Dell CSG share of wallet across your partner base & on-board net new partners.
- Partner Management
- Build strong, trusted relationships with allocated reseller partners.
- Act as the primary escalation and commercial point of contact for Dell CSG within your account set.
- Support partners in pipeline development, opportunity creation, and deal progression.
- Drive partner enablement, including promotions, incentives, training, and programme adoption.
- Internal Collaboration (Westcoast)
- Work closely with sales, product, pricing, marketing, supply chain, finance, and operations teams to deliver best-in-class partner outcomes.
- Align with inside sales and account managers to ensure consistent account coverage and execution.
- Coordinate internal resources to support key deals, projects, and growth initiatives.
- Pipeline & Forecasting
- Own and manage partner pipeline across Dell CSG.
- Produce accurate weekly/monthly forecasts aligned to Dell and Westcoast reporting requirements.
- Maintain CRM hygiene and ensure visibility of opportunities, risks, and upside.
- Vendor & Market Engagement
- Maintain regular engagement with Dell channel, field, and specialist teams.
- Represent Westcoast and Dell CSG at partner meetings, events, QBRs, and industry activities.
- Support and execute Dell-led campaigns and go-to-market initiatives.

- Proven track record in IT sales, business development, or vendor management.
- Experience working with tier-one vendors (Dell experience preferred but not essential).
- Demonstrable success in achieving and exceeding KPIs and sales targets.
- Strong relationship-building skills, with the ability to influence at all levels up to C-suite.
- Experience managing multiple stakeholders across internal and external teams.
- Strong commercial awareness and structured approach to pipeline management.
Desirable
- Knowledge of PC, client devices, peripherals, and related services.
- Experience within a distribution or channel sales environment.
- Familiarity with vendor programmes, rebates, and incentive structures.
