We have an exciting opportunity for an Onboard Route Support based at Wolverhampton- working 3 days a week- 21 hour contract
Are you a proactive, organised individual who thrives in a fast-paced environment? We’re looking for someone just like you to join our Wolverhampton team in a vitalRoute Supportrole, working closely with our On-Board colleagues.
This is more than just a desk job, you’ll be the heartbeat of our operations, ensuring smooth communication, timely support, and a consistent presence for our frontline teams. Together, we’ll make sure the right people are in the right place, doing the right thing.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Supporting our frontline teams with day-to-day operational needs.
- Ensuring safety-critical notices and essential equipment are always up to date.
- Acting as a key link between management and frontline colleagues.
- Managing logistical tasks and adapting to shifting priorities.
- Maintaining confidentiality while juggling multiple responsibilities.
What You’ll Bring
- A self-starter with strong organisational and people skills.
- Someone who thrives under pressure and enjoys variety.
- Experience in customer service, admin, or HR is a bonus.
- Confidence using Microsoft Office and business systems.
Flexibility is key. While the role is primarily office-based, you may be needed during unsocial hours or weekends to support our 24/7 operation.
