Onboard Customer Service Assistant β Weekend Only β Talent Pool Euston
Our Onboard team at Euston are looking for enthusiastic individuals to join our Talent bank of Customer Service Assistants. Do you have a passion and take pride in delivering excellent customer service? Do you get a buzz from making a difference to others? Then THIS is THE opportunity for YOU! Here at Avanti West Coast, we are raising the bar on providing excellent customer service across the communities we serve. No two days on the railway are the same, with over 500,000 customers travelling on our network weekly, our Customer Service Assistants play a vital role in making a difference to our customers journey whether that is selling them refreshments from the Onboard shop or delivering an exceptional in-seat service of our wonderful range of food and drinks in First Class. In this role you will have a chance to share your spark and make our customers experience memorable as they travel across the network. This is an important role for us, so we really need the right person. We don\\\βt just want someone who can answer questions, we want a team player who can help customers on their way with a cheerful smile.
To excel in this role, you will have:
Responsibilities
- Provide a high level of excellent customer service at all times.
- Assist customers with inquiries and help them on their journey.
- Support operations by selling refreshments from the onboard shop and delivering in-seat service in First Class where applicable.
- Be a proactive team player who contributes to a positive customer experience.
Qualifications
- The ability to always provide a high level of excellent customer service.
- Excellent attention to detail with the ability to solve problems and think on your feet.
- A positive and proactive approach to the way you work.
- Excellent communication skills.
Additional information
All training will be provided. If successful with your application you will be placed in a Talent Bank and offered a role as and when they arise. Please do not apply if you have applied in the last 6 months.
