Role overview
Weβre looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Property Support Administrator to join our dynamic Property Team. This role is pivotal in supporting the day-to-day operations of our property function, ensuring compliance, managing documentation, and coordinating activities across various stakeholders.
Responsibilities
- Maintain and update the Asset Management system, ensuring version-controlled documents are uploaded and compliant with property standards.
- Act as the teamβs document controller, managing property compliance documentation and ensuring accurate records are maintained.
- Assist with clerical tasks, meeting coordination, minute-taking, and general administrative duties to support the smooth running of the team.
- Distribute information across the team and external stakeholders, coordinating activities from multiple workstreams.
- Serve as the first point of contact for property-related queries, managing the property inbox and triaging requests effectively.
- Coordinate projects, liaising with suppliers and contractors, and issuing travel passes as needed.
- Collect and analyse data for areas such as SQR and customer insight, producing reports for internal and external stakeholders including First Group and the Department for Transport.
- Raise purchase orders, reconcile invoices, and monitor budget spend to support financial tracking.
- Compile the NRC Report and review property data trends to support continuous improvement and informed decision-making.
