Join to apply for the Onboard Customer Service Assistant β Weekend Only β Talent Pool Euston role at West Coast Partnership Development. Our Onboard team at Euston are looking for enthusiastic individuals to join our Talent bank of Customer Service Assistants.
Responsibilities
No two days on the railway are the same, with over 500,000 customers travelling on our network weekly, our Customer Service Assistants play a vital role in making a difference to our customers\β journey, whether that is selling refreshments from the Onboard shop or delivering an exceptional at-seat service of our food and drinks in First Class. In this role you will have a chance to share your spark and make our customers\β experience memorable as they travel across the network. You should be a team player who can help customers on their way with a cheerful smile.
Qualifications
- The ability to always provide a high level of excellent customer service.
- Excellent attention to detail with the ability to solve problems and think on your feet.
- A positive and proactive approach to the way you work.
- Excellent communication skills.
