Are you a dynamic, experienced pricing professional looking for an exciting new opportunity? Join our Revenue Management team as a Senior Pricing Manager, based in London. The Senior Pricing Manager will lead the end-to-end pricing agenda, developing and delivering a customer-led pricing and promotional strategy in close collaboration with the Customer Proposition, Marketing, and Sales teams within the Commercial function. The role will manage the Pricing Manager and ensure the effective implementation and continuous optimisation of the pricing system to drive sustainable revenue growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Leading the development and delivery of a market-competitive fare and pricing strategy, grounded in customer insight across different travel occasions.
- Driving overall market share growth and new customer acquisition by designing a simple, flexible, and affordable fare structure aligned to customer needs and competitive dynamics.
- Developing and executing an annual promotional calendar, leveraging seasonality and customer occasions to stimulate demand and increase capacity utilisation.
What We’re Looking For
- Proven commercial experience gained in roles across Sales, Marketing, Distribution, or Revenue Management, with demonstrable experience of pricing at a strategic level.
- Strong technical pricing expertise, ideally within the rail, travel, or wider transport industry.
- Proven leadership capability, with the ability to lead, influence, and develop others while working collaboratively across teams.
