We’re looking for a Revenue Manager who will lead from the front, set commercial direction, and empower a high-performing team of analysts to deliver exceptional results. This is a leadership role with real influence, owning revenue outcomes, shaping commercial strategy, and ensuring customers keep moving through smart, data-led decision-making.

You Will
- Set and lead the revenue strategy across routes, maximising revenue and occupancy using best-in-class revenue management techniques.
- Take ownership of revenue targets, driving performance and consistently exceeding expectations.
- Lead, coach, and inspire a team of Revenue Analysts, building capability and a culture of high performance.
- Translate complex data into clear commercial insight, enabling confident, timely decision-making at senior levels.
- Balance yield, demand, and customer experience, actively managing overcrowding and network performance.
- Collaborate across commercial teams to deliver joined-up, customer-centric commercial strategies - including price-based advertising.
- Influence system and data partners, ensuring your team has the tools, insight, and visibility they need to succeed.
