As our Diversity and Inclusion Engagement Partner, you’ll be at the heart of leading engagement initiatives and creating clear pathways into our business through work experience and placements.
You’ll work closely with internal teams and external partners to embed equity, diversity, and inclusion (EDI) into everything we do, from recruitment and onboarding to internal engagement and awareness campaigns. You’ll also represent Avanti at community and industry events, championing inclusive opportunities and sharing best practices across the sector.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Create Inclusive Connections: Design and lead programmes that build meaningful relationships with educational and community groups, opening doors for people from all backgrounds.
- Shape Inclusive Recruitment: Work closely with Talent Acquisition to ensure our hiring practices reflect our values of equity, diversity, and inclusion, welcoming talent from all walks of life.
- Use Insights to Make a Difference: Harness data to understand what’s working, where we can grow, and how we can better support underrepresented communities.
- Be a Visible Advocate: Represent Avanti at events and in the community, sharing stories, opportunities, and best practices that inspire and include.
- Build Supportive Partnerships: Collaborate across teams and with industry partners to champion apprenticeships, share ideas, and foster a culture where everyone feels they belong.
