Responsibilities:
- Conduct engaging and informative guided tours around Glasgow\’s iconic landmarks and hidden gems.
- Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring a memorable experience for all passengers.
- Answer questions and share interesting facts about Glasgow’s history and culture.
- Ensure the safety and comfort of passengers throughout the tour.
Requirements:
- Excellent communication and storytelling skills.
- Friendly, outgoing personality with a passion for Glasgow\’s heritage.
- Ability to work flexibly, including weekends and holidays.
- Fluent in English; additional languages are a plus.
Training:
- You must be able to commit to a comprehensive 6-week training program, 6 hours per week, starting in March.
