West Coast Motors (Isle of Mull) is seeking an experienced Operations Manager to lead our day‑to‑day bus, tour and private hire operations on Mull. You will coordinate service delivery, motivate colleagues, and uphold safety, compliance and customer service.
Reporting to the Area Manager, the role requires a calm leader, strong operational judgement and a full PCV licence, with duties including driving when needed.
