We're looking for a professional, safety-conscious and customer-focused D1 Minibus Driver to join our friendly team at our Campbeltown depot.

Every journey matters. You'll help local residents, visitors and community groups travel safely and comfortably, playing an important role in keeping people connected across Campbeltown and the surrounding area.

The Role
As a D1 Minibus Driver, you will:
- Safely operate company minibuses on scheduled and contracted services
- Deliver a safe, comfortable and welcoming journey for every passenger
- Provide excellent customer service in a professional, friendly and helpful manner
- Assist passengers where required and ensure a positive travel experience
- Help customers reach their destinations safely and on time
- Complete daily vehicle checks and report defects in line with company procedures
- Handle cash and card payments accurately and responsibly, where required
- Work independently while maintaining high standards of safety and professionalism
- Represent West Coast Motors positively through your driving standards, appearance and customer care
What You'll Need
- A valid UK driving licence with D1 entitlement
- A professional, reliable and safety-focused approach
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
- The ability to work independently and responsibly
- To live in Campbeltown or the surrounding area, or be willing to relocate
