We are looking to recruit a Digital Product Assistant to join our digital products team on a 12 month fixed term contract. Reporting into the Digital Manager, you will maintain the information provided about the Society's products and services across both consumer and intermediary websites, facilitating the Society's email campaigns and assisting with digital product and marketing activity. You will work closely with the Marketing team to ensure the websites are optimised for campaigns.
What the role will look like:
- Update and maintain mortgage and savings product information, interest rates, campaigns and other online content on consumer and intermediary websites.
- Reporting and analysis of site traffic, visitors and applications and build understanding of why customers visit or leave our websites.
- Creation of Society bulk emails via our email service provider, reporting on delivery and performance.
- Ensure the Society's approval and compliance process is followed for all web content.
- Liaise with internal contacts to ensure web content is regularly reviewed and kept up to date.
- Maintain and develop website procedures.
- Support the testing and implementation of new digital developments.
What you will bring to the role:
- Ideally has or is studying a Degree in a digital or marketing related subject.
- A high level of attention to detail enabling them to manage detailed content with a consistently high degree of accuracy.
- Able to prioritise work and meet tight deadlines.
- Knowledge of HTML and content management system experience advantageous.
