West Berkshire Council is seeking a dedicated and experienced Family Help Lead Practitioner to join our Children and Family Services team. The Role
- Leading a team of Family Help Practitioners to ensure the effective delivery of family help interventions
- Working directly with children and families to assess their needs and provide appropriate support

- Collaborating with other professionals and agencies to ensure a coordinated approach to service delivery
- Providing guidance and supervision to less experienced practitioners, fostering their professional development
