The Role: As a Business Support Administrator, you will be the first point of contact for enquiries and will play a crucial role in delivering high-quality administrative support.
Responsibilities
- Organising and minuting sensitive meetings
- Processing incoming requests and enquiries, ensuring timely and appropriate responses
- Maintaining accurate records and databases
- Producing correspondence, reports, and other documents
- Supporting the processing of data and information
- Working collaboratively with other team members to ensure effective service delivery
- Excellent organisational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritise tasks effectively
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and record keeping
