Are you an organised and motivated individual looking to join a dynamic team within the Children and Family Services at West Berkshire Council? We are seeking a Business Support Administrator to provide essential administrative support and contribute to the smooth operation of our service.

The Role: As a Business Support Administrator, you will be the first point of contact for enquiries and will play a crucial role in delivering high-quality administrative support.

Responsibilities

  • Organising and minuting sensitive meetings
  • Processing incoming requests and enquiries, ensuring timely and appropriate responses
  • Maintaining accurate records and databases
  • Producing correspondence, reports, and other documents
  • Supporting the processing of data and information
  • Working collaboratively with other team members to ensure effective service delivery
  • Excellent organisational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritise tasks effectively
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and record keeping
  • Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
