Responsibilities Ensure all bar equipment, glassware, and utensils are clean, sanitized, and properly stored to meet food safety standards.

Assist bartenders by restocking supplies, replenishing ice, garnishes, and beverages as needed throughout shifts.

Maintain cleanliness of the bar area and overseeing the bar during busy period and events Preparing staff rotas Live-in Accommodation provided Monitor stock levels and stock ordering and control Receiving deliveries Follow all health and safety regulations related to food safety and hygiene practices at all times.

Maintaining records and providing reports to the Committee Provide friendly assistance to guests when needed and helping to ensure the smooth day to day running of the club bar Requirements Previous experience in hospitality or restaurant environments is preferred but not mandatory; training will be provided.

Knowledge of food safety standards and proper sanitation procedures is essential.

Basic math skills for handling cash transactions or measuring ingredients accurately.

Strong time management skills to prioritize tasks efficiently during busy periods.

Ability to work effectively as part of a team in a fast-paced setting while maintaining attention to detail.
