Job Summary

We are looking for self-motivated and independent individuals to join our pressure washing crew this summer. As a Pressure Washing Technician, you will be responsible for the professional cleaning of residential exteriors, driveways, and decks. This is a physically active, outdoor role where you will manage your own job sites, handle high-pressure equipment, and interact directly with our community.

Core Responsibilities

  • Operations: Execute high-quality pressure washing for various surfaces, including house siding, driveways, sidewalks, and decks.
  • Communication: Maintain a high level of customer service and communication with the client and the owner.

Schedule & Environment

  • Standard Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:00 am – 5:00 pm; however, the schedule is flexible to what you need/want.
  • Probationary Period: The first two weeks serve as a trial period where technicians are expected to meet or exceed established time budgets.

What We Are Looking For

  • Self-Motivation: You are goal-oriented and driven by a piecework pay structure where your efficiency directly impacts your earnings.
  • Independence: You are comfortable working with minimal supervision once trained.
  • Physical Stamina: Ability to stand for long periods, move equipment, and work comfortably at heights (up to 30ft).
  • Reliability: You are punctual and can commit to the full summer production period (May-August).
  • Communication: Friendly, professional, and comfortable talking to clients and neighbours.

Requirements

  • License & Transit: Valid Class 5 Driver's License and a reliable vehicle that can carry equipment.
  • Experience: Previous pressure washing or manual labor experience is preferred but not required; we provide full training.
