In this exciting and varied role, you\’ll deliver support to our Quality Management team, which is part of the wider Compliance team that aims to deliver efficiencies to the business through a range of improvements and change initiatives.

A key part of this role involves the maintenance, monitoring, auditing and improvement of the ISO 9001:2015 management system.

What you\’ll do

In this role, you will:

  • update and publish documentation within SharePoint
  • take responsibility for communicating updates to the business through alerts and updates, using various software systems and databases
  • support the QMT through any identified improvements to the system, which can include participating in internal and external audits
  • support the team with improvement initiatives and communications
  • work with other departments across the business to ensure quality is incorporated within their systems, Including the H&S team (ISO 45001), Environmental team (ISO 14001)
  • maintain technical standard updates, take minutes and maintain actions
  • monitor and review the implementation of the system through an auditing programme
  • assist with internal audits and improvement reviews
  • evaluate audit findings and implement corrective actions
  • ensure ongoing compliance with quality and industry regulatory requirements
  • support the Quality team in the development of the quality management system to meet the requirements of ISO 9001 and ISO14001/ISO 45001 as the business changes
  • communication with process owners and teams
  • maintain up-to-date and effective document management for the Quality Management System
  • assisting with document control within systems
  • administer queries relating to the Quality Management System
  • play an active role in facilitating the continuous improvement of the Quality Management System.
