Job Responsibility:
Are you an enthusiastic, motivated individual with the ability to multitask and solve problems? If so, we have a great opportunity for you to join our team as a Regional Scheduler. This is a great opportunity to join our team on a 3 year fixed term contract.
What you\’ll do
You will be responsible for providing resilience to the Regional Scheduling team.
In this role your key responsibilities will include:
- maximising the efficient use of operational staff\’s time by creating schedules which will reduce mileage and fuel expenditure
- liaising with operational staff across multiple disciplines to help reduce overdue work
- raising work requests to be carried out and prioritised, as well as scheduling planned maintenance
- providing regular updates to our customers to support our performance commitments.
This role is 45 hours per week, however, due to the reactive nature of some of the work, some flexibility with working hours may be required. Our core hour scheduling team operate between the hours of 7am and 4:30pm. However, we also provide out-of-hours cover and therefore overtime opportunities may be available.
What you\’ll need
You will be a team player with multi-tasking skills as well as the ability to effectively resolve issues.
You will also need:
- excellent communication skills
- a passion for delivering outstanding customer service
- the ability to follow procedures and attention to detail
- an understanding of our operational business would be an advantage
- an aptitude and approach to effectively solve problems under pressure
- experience of using Microsoft applications such as Outlook, Excel, Dynamics 365 and Teams.
