This is a 12-month fixed-term contract working 18 hours per week.
What you\βll do
In this varied role, you will:
- be responsible for scheduling work for our operational staff across the business, maximising the efficient use of their time and resources by organising tasks to obtain the best work and travel efficiency to reduce overtime, mileage and fuel costs within the required service level agreements (SLAs)
- be required to raise requests for reactive work to be carried out and prioritise appropriately
- work in our control room, maintaining accurate up to date information about changes within the business and demonstrating outstanding customer service skills
- manage contacts throughout the journey of customer incidents ensuring customers are kept informed on progress and provide effective scheduling of reactive customer incidents to field staff
- assist with the management of sewerage incidents, identifying priority service customers
- help manage call volumes by handling a variety of household and non-household operations.
In this role, you will work on a standby rota, which includes evenings and weekends, and participate in a shift rota.
