We're looking for a dedicated and motivated Customer Care Coordinator to join our busy, award-winning customer service department in Bath.
What you'll do
- You’ll play a crucial role in supporting our Priority Services Register (PSR), helping ensure our most vulnerable customers receive the care and communication they need, especially during service interruptions.
- You will also:
- add customers to our Priority Services Register through referrals and data-share channels
- provide proactive outbound communication during planned and unplanned works, including calls and SMS campaigns
- manage inbound PSR referrals via our Hunt Group line and assist with customer enquiries
- support our operational live chat team to deliver swift, effective customer service
- attend cross-department customer vulnerability meetings
- work one 11.30am to 8pm shift each week
- take part in our monthly standby rota for business resilience purposes (on average, one standby per month allocated).
