At WSI, we have been providing Site Inspection Services since we were established in 1997.
Over the past 20+ years, we have provided flexible levels of input and demonstrated value to our clients by raising issues during the construction process that would otherwise have been overlooked.

We are seeking a Building / Civils Clerk of Works to take on this part-time role on a freelance / self-employed basis, with an anticipated commitment of 2 - 3 days per week.
We will provide induction, in-house training and insurances to the successful candidate and there may be the opportunity of further work in the surrounding area.
The role is advertised in Guildford, covering projects across Surrey and neighbouring areas of West Sussex, with site visits and home-based reporting.
Applicants should be within a practical travelling distance of the projects, ideally no more than around 90 minutes each way.
Potential projects include education, public-sector fit-out and refurbishment works.
We will provide further project details during discussions with suitable applicants.
