Wessex Lodge Primary, part of Outcomes First Group, is seeking an exceptional Head of Primary to lead our SEMH-focused provision and drive outstanding education for pupils aged 6–18. You will shape the strategic direction of the school, lead curriculum development and assessments, and coach staff to deliver trauma-informed, relational approaches that support every learner to thrive.
You will work with families, local authorities and external professionals to coordinate joined-up support.
