NFCMG is a 7500 patient, two site Practice in the centre of the New Forest. We are a committed to providing patient-centred care with a strong team-orientated approach. The Practice works collaboratively with our patient participation group to better understand the needs of our community. Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Practice Manager to oversee the daily operations of our practice.
Aspects of the Role:
- Leadership: Oversee and coordinate all aspects of practice management while fostering a supportive and efficient work environment.
- Operational Management: Ensure the smooth running of daily operations, optimise efficiency, and maintain financial health.
- Team Support and Development: Lead by example, motivate staff, and promote professional growth while maintaining the practice’s ethos of providing high‑quality, patient‑centered care.
- Strategic Planning: Collaborate with partners and stakeholders to achieve long‑term objectives and comply with regulations (e.g CQC standards).
- Innovation: Drive continuous improvement and adapt to the evolving landscape of general practice.
