Senior Receptionist - Portsdown Group Practice
We’re looking for an experienced individual in a customer-facing role who is ready to take the next step in their career. As our Senior Receptionist, you’ll continue to work as part of our busy reception team while supporting the Surgery Team Leader with the day-to-day running of the site and deputising during periods of leave or absence. This is an excellent opportunity to develop leadership skills in a supportive environment without moving away from patient-facing work.
Main duties of the job
This role is ideal for an experienced receptionist or customer facing individual who enjoys supporting colleagues and wants to build supervisory experience. You’ll continue working as part of the reception team while developing leadership skills with the support of an experienced Surgery Team Leader and management team.
