The Role We are seeking a GP who is passionate about providing excellent primary care and enjoys working as part of a multidisciplinary team. The role will include: Face-to-face and telephone consultations Own Patient list responsibilites Management of acute and chronic conditions Clinical decision making and care planning Participation in practice development and quality improvement initiatives Supporting continuity of care for patients where clinically appropriate Working closely with the wider clinical and administrative teams Working Pattern: Monday AM
