IT Coordinator - Christchurch Primary Care Network

Your New IT Coordinator Job (2 positions available):

Join our team as an IT Coordinator and play a key role in shaping and supporting digital services across our PCN. Working collaboratively, you will lead operational IT initiatives, provide technical support, and help drive innovation to improve services for our practices and patients.

We are recruiting for two positions with negotiable working patterns across both 30 hour and 37 hour per week contracts, supporting a healthy work life balance.

Your Key Responsibilities include:

  • Digital Leadership: manage digital improvement programmes and technology projects.
  • System Optimisation: enhance and maintain core clinical systems for optimal performance.
  • Compliance: ensure strict adherence to NHS digital standards and Information Governance requirements.
  • On Site Support: provide visible, proactive, and collaborative troubleshooting to practice staff.

What we are looking for:

You will:

  • have proven experience in operational IT leadership and hands-on technical support with excellent interpersonal skills.
  • be familiar with clinical systems and NHS digital compliance.
  • be a proactive self-starter driven by innovation and a shared success attitude.
  • have excellent interpersonal communication skills to support non-technical staff.

  • 6 weeks annual leave including bank holidays (plus length of service incremental increases)
