Andover Primary Care Network is looking for an Enhanced Nurse Practitioner (ENP) who will work autonomously within their professional scope of practice, providing care for patients across all 5 of our core network practices via face to face, telephone consultations and home visits.
You will need to be an enthusiastic, caring and motivated professional with excellent clinical, organizational & communication skills.
As part of the PCN multidisciplinary team you will be responsible for:
- Clinical Delivery of services
- Education and Supervision of the Health Hub team
- Administrative Leadership and Support by being the designated infection prevention and control (IPC) Lead for the PCN
The Health Hub is located at Chantry Centre, Andover SP10 1RL.
