As we expand into the New Forest, Wiltshire, and South & West Dorset, we're looking for a driven legal professional to join our internal Legal team and play a key role in our network rollout.
We’re looking for a Digital Marketing Manager to join our team on a fixed term 9-month contract.
Reporting to the Head of Marketing, you'll be responsible for leading and delivering digital marketing strategies that generate leads, boost sales, and grow our brand.
You’ll manage and improve various digital channels, including SEO, PPC, and social media (Google, Meta, Bing). You’ll use data and performance insights to adjust campaigns and get the best return on investment. A strong background in paid media analytics is important.
Key Responsibilities

  • Create and run digital marketing plans to drive leads, sales, and brand awareness
  • Manage and improve SEO, PPC, organic, and social media across platforms like Google, Meta, and Bing
  • Use data to refine strategies and improve performance and ROI
  • Plan and deliver content across digital channels, using a test-and-learn approach
  • Work with agencies to optimise paid search, display, and social media campaigns
  • Use A/B testing and best practices to improve ad performance
  • Manage daily updates and improvements to the website using Umbraco CMS
  • Work with developers to fix bugs and make website changes not handled in the CMS
  • Improve organic traffic by following SEO best practices and updating content based on keyword research
  • Lead and support the Digital Marketing team, encouraging teamwork and innovation
Requirements:
  • 3+ years' experience in digital marketing, with hands-on management of search, display, and paid social campaigns
  • Strong knowledge of Google Ads, Facebook Ads, Microsoft Ads, and Google Analytics
  • Skilled in Excel for reporting and insight generation
  • Experience in CRO and data-led website improvements
  • Analytical and commercially minded
  • Familiar with CMS platforms and SEO tools
  • Experience with Salesforce or other CRMs is a plus
  • Agency management experience preferred
  • Proactive, enthusiastic, and confident in owning projects
