We are looking to engage self‑employed Civils Operatives (entry‑level / non‑skilled) to support our delivery teams on site. The Opportunity
You’ll work alongside experienced operatives and team leaders, supporting the installation of fibre infrastructure across rural environments. No prior civils experience is required, but you must be reliable, physically capable, and willing to learn quickly. This role is offered on a self‑employed basis, meaning you are responsible for your own tax, National Insurance, and insurances.
Scope of Work
- Assisting with excavation, duct laying, and reinstatement
- Supporting plant operators and drilling / mole plough teams
- Manual tasks including digging, backfilling, and material handling
- Site set‑up and clear‑down
