As a PIA (Physical Infrastructure Access) Administrator, you’ll take ownership of key administrative processes, ensuring accurate data management, timely submissions, and clear communication across teams. What you’ll be doing
- Support the team with coordination of PIA activities and Openreach submissions.
- Review and maintain compliance data, ensuring accuracy and integrity across systems.
- Administer the PIA customer portal and manage data submissions.
- Communicate specification changes to build teams and ensure timely updates.
- Manage Notices of Intent (NOIs) and track expiry dates for submissions.
- Collate and verify build‑related data for project teams.
- Liaise with internal teams and external stakeholders to keep projects on schedule.
- Ensure adherence to relevant legislation and compliance standards.
- Support permissions and submissions for SSE and National Grid assets.
What we’re looking for
- A strong administrator or coordinator with excellent organisational skills.
- Confident working with data and systems, with high attention to detail.
- Strong IT skills and ability to learn new platforms quickly.
- Effective communicator who can manage multiple stakeholders.
- Ability to prioritise tasks and meet deadlines in a fast‑paced environment.
- Previous experience in telecoms or civils is an advantage, but not essential.
- Positive, adaptable, and motivated to deliver results.
