  • Manage relationships and technical escalations with third-party network providers.
  • Collaborate with Sales to provide technical solutions and support for customer requirements.
  • Own the product and service roadmap from concept through to launch.
  • Drive continuous improvement of network tools and procedures in line with CI/CD principles.

  • In-depth understanding of data connectivity products and multi-vendor environments.
  • A proactive problem-solver with excellent communication skills.
  • UK driving licence required.
  • Desirable (but not essential):
  • Qualifications in network/security (CISSP, CCNA/P).
  • Experience with ITIL or eTOM frameworks.
  • Background in Change Management.

What We Offer:

  • Up to £60,000 starting salary + 10% performance bonus.
  • 25 days holiday + bank holidays, with the option to buy/sell up to 5 days.
  • Private medical insurance, life assurance & income protection.
  • Cycle to Work & tech purchase schemes.
  • Enhanced family leave policies.
  • 75% discount on staff broadband.
  • High street discounts with over 100 major brands.
  • Summer & Christmas socials.
  • Career development support in a fast-growing company.
