Bring creativity to life at the heart of a company transforming rural connectivity. Wessex Internet is a dynamic, award‐winning broadband provider on a mission to connect the Southwest with the power of full fibre. We design, build, and operate our own ultrafast network, delivering lightning‐fast broadband to thousands of homes and businesses across rural communities — and we're growing fast.

We're now looking for a Senior Graphic Designer to shape and elevate our brand across every touchpoint. From ad campaigns and social media to videos, photoshoots, and branded collateral, you'll be the creative force that brings our story to life — ensuring every asset is bold, consistent, and unmistakably Wessex Internet.

This is a hands‐on, high‐impact role where you'll collaborate with the marketing team, support colleagues across the business, and inject creativity into everything we do. You'll have the freedom to experiment, innovate, and see your ideas come to life in a company that values both imagination and execution.

What you'll do:

  • Lead creative output across print, digital, video, and social media channels.
  • Own and deliver video projects — from storyboarding and filming to editing engaging case studies and updates.
  • Champion our brand identity, ensuring every message and visual stays on point.
  • Evolve our brand guidelines, creative direction, and messaging in partnership with the marketing team.
  • Collaborate on campaign concepts and deliver high‐quality assets that drive customer engagement.
  • Support teams across the business with presentations and branded materials.
  • Present ideas and creative concepts to senior leadership.
  • Balance big, strategic projects with day‐to‐day design needs.
  • Share your expertise to upskill and inspire colleagues in creating their own content.

What you'll bring:

  • A strong portfolio showcasing your versatility across print, digital, and video.
  • Experience in an agency or in‐house design role.
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite and Microsoft Office.
  • Creativity with commercial awareness — you understand how design drives results.
  • Expertise in creating engaging social and animated content.
  • A sharp eye for brand identity and visual consistency.
  • Confidence behind the camera, with skills in videography, photography, After Effects, and Premiere Pro.
  • Experience producing HTML5 animated display ads for Google Ads is a bonus.

What's in it for you:

  • Competitive starting salary up to £45,000 (depending on experience).
  • 25 days holiday + bank holidays (with the option to buy/sell up to 5 days).
  • Private medical insurance, life assurance & income protection.
  • Cycle to Work & Tech purchase schemes.
  • Enhanced family leave policies.
  • Staff broadband discount (75%).
  • Discounts at 100+ high street brands.
  • Summer & Christmas socials.
  • Real career growth — whether you want to lead a team or expand your creative skill set, we'll help you get there.

Ready to make an impact? This is your chance to own the creative direction of a fast‐growing, forward‐thinking brand making a real difference to rural communities. If you're a passionate, ideas‐driven designer who loves variety and wants to see your work make a visible impact — we'd love to hear from you.
