Landscape Construction Operatives to join our Construction team.

• What You’ll Be Doing

As a Landscape Construction Operative, you’ll play a key role in delivering high-quality fibre installations from the property boundary through to the customer’s premises.

Working as part of a team, you’ll help ensure every installation is completed safely, efficiently and to the highest standard.

• Your Responsibilities Will Include
• Installing fibre infrastructure from the garden boundary to the property termination point.
• Working within Openreach PIA infrastructure and Wessex Internet’s own underground network.
• Carrying out site surveys to assess and plan installation routes.
• Discussing installation routes with customers to minimise disruption and avoid existing services.
• Updating digital records and as-built maps using company systems.
• Completing daily equipment and machinery checks.
• Working closely with colleagues and other departments to ensure installations are completed safely and on time.

• Comfortable working at height and undertaking physically demanding outdoor work, including manual handling activities and working in varying weather conditions.
• Desirable (but not essential - qualifications can be provided post-probation)
• PIA accreditations (SA001, SA002, S7, S8)
• NRSWA / IPAF certification
