Role Description

This is a full‑time, on‑site Service Advisor position located in the United Kingdom. As a Service Advisor, your primary responsibilities will include delivering excellent customer service, coordinating vehicle services, managing customer bookings, addressing inquiries, and ensuring smooth communication between the service department and customers. You will play a key role in maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction and supporting the aftersales process, ensuring all customers receive prompt, efficient service from start to finish.

Qualifications

  • Ability to provide Customer‑focused Service and address customer needs efficiently
