About the Role
Wessex Garages are recruiting Car Sales Advisors for our Gloucester dealership. You will sell vehicles and promote Finance, Insurance products, and Paint Protection. You will support customers throughout their buying journeyβfrom first contact to driving away in their new car. With our comprehensive training and development programme, youβll build the skills to engage with customers, identify needs, and sell vehicles and related products in line with industry standards.
Person Specification
We prioritise excellent customer service. Previous sales experience is not essential; we seek a positive, motivated person ready to grow in a results-driven environment. You will be organised, able to process detailed information, and committed to continually developing product knowledge. With a strong work ethic and inspiring attitude, you will take ownership of your work and help drive sales at our Kia and Nissan dealership.
Key Information
Working Pattern: 40 hours per week across Mon β Sat (1 hour lunch). Day off in lieu during the week and 1 late shift per week. Sunday working required during March and September.
