This is a full-time, on-site Service Advisor position located in the United Kingdom. As a Service Advisor, your primary responsibilities will include:
- Delivering excellent customer service
- Coordinating vehicle services
- Managing customer bookings
- Addressing inquiries
- Ensuring smooth communication between the service department and customers
You will play a key role in maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction and supporting the aftersales process, ensuring all customers receive prompt, efficient service from start to finish.
Qualifications:
- Strong focus on Customer Satisfaction, with proven abilities in delivering exceptional Customer Service
- Ability to provide Customer-focused Service and address customer needs efficiently
