Wessex Garages are recruiting a Used Car Sales Advisor for our Mazda dealership at Cribbs Causeway, Bristol. You will be responsible for selling vehicles and promoting Finance, Insurance products and Paint Protection as part of the sales journey.

Responsibilities
  • Sell vehicles and promote related products (Finance, Insurance, Paint Protection) in line with industry standards.
  • Support customers through every step of the buying journey—from first interaction to vehicle handover.
  • Engage with customers, identify needs, and drive sales in a target-driven environment.
  • Participate in the comprehensive training and development programme to enhance product knowledge and customer interactions.
Person specification
  • Customer-focused with a passion for delivering excellent service.
  • Previous sales experience is not essential; a positive, motivated attitude and readiness to grow in a results-driven environment are valued.
  • Well-organised, able to process detailed information, and committed to developing product knowledge.
  • Strong work ethic with an inspiring attitude; capable of taking ownership and supporting team success.
  • Willingness to contribute to sales in our Kia and Nissan dealership teams.
Key information
  • Working Pattern: 40 hours per week across Mon – Sat (1 hour lunch). Day off in lieu during the week and 1 late shift per week. Sunday working required during March and September.
  • Benefits: Holiday Allowance – 22 days of annual leave plus.
