About the Role

Wessex Garages are currently looking to recruit a Car Sales Executive for our Nissan dealership in Gloucester. You will not only be responsible for selling vehicles, but will also be selling and promoting Finance, Insurance products and Paint Protection. In this role, you will support our customers through every step of their buying journey—from their first interaction with us to the moment they drive away in their new car. With our comprehensive training and development programme, you’ll gain the skills to engage with customers, identify their needs, and sell vehicles and related products in line with industry standards.

Person Specification

Our customers are at the heart of everything we do, so we’re looking for someone with a passion for delivering excellent customer service. While previous sales experience is not essential, we are seeking a positive, motivated person who is ready to achieve and grow in a results‑driven environment. You will be organised, able to process detailed information, and committed to continually developing your product knowledge. With a strong work ethic and an inspiring attitude, you will take ownership of your work and contribute to the success of your team. You’ll also inspire your colleagues to reach their full potential, helping to drive sales in our dealership.

Key Information

  • Working Pattern: 40 hours a week across Mon – Sat (with a 1 hour lunch). Day off in lieu during the week and 1 late shift per week. Sunday working required during March and September.
