Wessex Garages is recruiting a Car Sales Executive for our Nissan and Kia dealership in Gloucester.
Responsibilities
- Sell vehicles, finance, insurance products and paint protection.
- Support customers through every step of their buying journey – from first interaction to the moment they drive away.
- Engage with customers, identify their needs and sell vehicles and related products in line with industry standards.
Person Specification
- Passion for delivering excellent customer service.
- Positive, motivated and results‑driven attitude; previous sales experience not essential.
- Organised and able to process detailed information.
- Committed to continually develop product knowledge.
- Strong work ethic and inspiring attitude; able to take ownership and help drive sales in the team.
- Key Information
- Working pattern: 40 hours a week across Monday–Saturday (with a 1 hour lunch); day off in lieu during the week and one late shift per week.
Sunday work required during March and September.
