About The Role

We’re looking for a Kia Trainee Sales Executive to join our friendly team at our Kia - Penarth Road dealership in Cardiff. This is a great opportunity for someone looking to start their career in the motor industry, with full training and support provided from day one. In this role, you’ll learn how to help customers find the right vehicle for their needs and guide them through the buying process. From greeting customers and answering questions to handing over the keys, you’ll be supported every step of the way. You’ll also be trained to introduce finance options, insurance products and paint protection in a clear and professional manner. No previous experience is needed; our structured training programme will help you build confidence, product knowledge and sales skills at your own pace.

About You

We’re looking for someone who is friendly, enthusiastic and enjoys working with people. A positive attitude and a willingness to learn are far more important than previous sales experience. You’ll be organised, keen to develop new skills and comfortable learning about our vehicles and products as you go. You’ll also be naturally motivated and proactive, with an interest in performing well in a role where earnings are linked to results. As you gain confidence and experience, you’ll have the opportunity to increase your earning potential through your sales performance. Most importantly, you’ll be a team player who takes pride in offering great customer service and contributing to a supportive dealership environment.
