We’re looking for a Nissan Trainee Sales Executive to join our friendly team at our Nissan – Hadfield Road dealership in Cardiff. This is a great opportunity for someone looking to start their career in the motor industry, with full training and support provided from day one.
In this role, you’ll learn how to help customers find the right vehicle for their needs and guide them through the buying process. From greeting customers and answering questions to handing over the keys, you’ll be supported every step of the way. You’ll also be trained to introduce finance options, insurance products and paint protection in a clear and professional manner.
No previous experience is needed; our structured training programme will help you build confidence, product knowledge and sales skills at your own pace.
We’re looking for someone who is friendly, enthusiastic and enjoys working with people. A positive attitude and a willingness to learn are far more important than previous sales experience. You’ll be organised, keen to develop new skills and comfortable learning about our vehicles and products as you go.
