Are you someone who takes pride in delivering exceptional customer service? At Wessex Garages, we're looking for a friendly and professional individual to join our team in our Kia - Feeder Road, Bristol Dealership. As a key member of our service team, you’ll be the first point of contact for our customers—whether it’s taking calls, coordinating bookings in our workshop diary, or providing support for ongoing jobs. You'll also help prepare handover paperwork, respond to online and phone enquiries with accurate estimates, and support our Service Advisors to ensure a seamless experience for our customers. Please note that this role will relocate to our flagship Kia dealership at Cribbs Causeway, Bristol, upon its opening, currently anticipated in September this year. This represents a fantastic opportunity to be part of an exciting new site and grow within a modern, high-profile dealership environment. In this role, a helpful, positive attitude and strong attention to detail will go a long way.
Responsibilities
- Responding to online enquiries promptly and professionally
- Assisting customers over the phone to book appointments and accurately logging their requests
- Creating accurate and detailed job cards and checking for recalls, technical campaigns, and review indicators
- Providing support to service advisors and assisting with estimates
- Liaising with the workshop team regarding parts availability, diagnostics, and job updates
- Delivering the Wessex Garages Customer Satisfaction Promise in all tasks that you do
- Following manufacturer guidelines for booking and service processes
- Assisting the Service Manager with EMAC and debt tasks
- Covering the Workshop Controller when needed

Key information
- Working Pattern: 8:30am – 5:30pm Mon – Fri with 30 minutes for lunch
- Salary: National minimum wage plus bonus potential
