Role β Weβre looking for a motivated and enthusiastic Apprentice Parts Advisor to join our close-knit, supportive team. Working under the guidance of the Parts Manager and Parts Advisor, youβll gain hands-on experience supporting both customers and Technicians by ensuring the right parts are available at the right time.
Responsibilities
- Assisting with the sale and supply of parts to customers and workshop staff.
- Answering customer enquiries in person and by phone in a professional, friendly manner.
- Helping to manage stock levels, including receiving deliveries and organizing collections (some manual handling involved).
- Supporting the team in the smooth daily running of the parts department.
- Learning how to identify customer needs and provide the best product or service solutions.
Qualifications
- A genuine interest in the motor industry and parts operations.

Key Information
- Working Pattern: 40 hours a week Mon - Fri 8:30am β 5:30pm; Saturdays 8:30am β 12:30pm at 1.5x OT.
- You must have GCSEs, Functional Skills, or Key Skills at grade C/4 or above in English and Maths (or equivalent). If your grades are below this level we can discuss options for Functional Skills in Maths and/or English as part of your apprenticeship.
