At Wessex Garages - Newport we’re looking for skilled and enthusiastic Vehicle Technicians of all experience levels to join our team! Whether you’re a Vehicle Technician or a Master Technician, we have fantastic opportunities for you to develop your career in a dynamic and supportive environment.
- Vehicle Technician – Carry out routine servicing, maintenance, and repairs with a first‑time fix approach. MOT testing roles also available for those with DVSA certification.
- Master Vehicle Technician – Diagnose and repair complex vehicle issues to the highest technical standards. Must hold a recognised Master Technician qualification.
Qualifications
- A Level 3 qualification in Light Vehicle Maintenance (or equivalent)
- A full UK manual driving licence (no more than 6 points)
- A strong technical background, with experience in a main dealer workshop preferred
- A commitment to delivering excellent customer service and high‑quality work
