About the role
Wessex Garages has an exciting opportunity for a Local Business Specialist to join our Fleet Sales team covering the Newport Market Area. Working with an impressive range of cars and commercial vehicles – including the all new Kia PBV range – we are looking for a confident, sales driven professional to join our fast paced Fleet operation. You will be responsible for developing and maintaining a strong customer base across the Newport territory, working with local businesses of all sizes.
Key responsibilities include:
- Managing customer expectations and managing logistics;
- Demonstrating products to customers;
- Visiting customers and preparing quotations for presentation;
- Using the company approved platforms to source sales leads;
- Providing a customer centric experience and ongoing support for end users.
Experience in Business to Business sales would be an advantage, but not essential. Confident IT skills, with competency in using the Microsoft Office suite. An enthusiastic self‑starter, ready to take the next step in their sales career. Professional and well presented, with the confidence to communicate effectively with customers at all levels.
