How to prepare for a job interview at Wessex Garages Holdings Ltd

Know Your MOT Standards

Showcase Your Attention to Detail

During the interview, be ready to share examples of how your attention to detail has helped identify defects or safety issues in the past. This is crucial for an MOT Tester, so highlight any experiences where your thorough inspections made a difference.

Wessex Garages values teamwork, so be prepared to discuss how you've worked collaboratively in previous roles. Share specific instances where you supported colleagues or contributed to a positive working environment, showing that you can thrive both independently and as part of a team.
